Grateful for This Journey Together

Hi Friend,

When the Christian Authors Network Facebook group was created, I never imagined God's incredible journey in store for us. It began as a small space for writers of faith—a gathering place for encouragement, learning, and connection. But as we know, God has a way of taking our humble offerings and multiplying them beyond what we could ask or imagine.

Over the years, this group has blossomed into something truly special. It has been a joy and an honor to witness the friendships formed, the wisdom shared, the prayers lifted, and the many ways you’ve encouraged one another in your writing journeys. This space has been a catalyst for growth—not only for our writing but for our faith.

I’ve seen God’s hand at work as authors launched books, found accountability partners, or simply felt seen and understood in the highs and lows of their calling. I’ve heard heartwarming stories of how posts, workshops, or even a single comment brought clarity, comfort, or courage. Together, we’ve celebrated milestones, wrestled with challenges, and grown deeper in our craft and our purpose.

As I reflect, I’m filled with gratitude for the countless moments of grace I’ve witnessed here. To think that God allowed me to steward this community, however imperfectly, is humbling. It has been my joy to pour into you, but make no mistake—you have poured into me just as much.

Now, as we step into a new year, I sense God calling me into a new chapter. After much prayer and reflection, I’ve decided to transition the Christian Authors Network Facebook group to archived status on January 15th, 2025. This decision comes with a mix of emotions, but above all, a deep trust in God’s timing and direction.

Over these final weeks, I encourage you to:

• Save any resources that have been meaningful to you

• Connect with friends you’ve made here to keep the conversations going

• Share your reflections on how this group has blessed your journey

To celebrate what God has done, I invite you to join me for a live gathering on Thursday, January 2nd, at 1 PM EST. During this time, I’ll share a word of encouragement and gratitude, reflect on the growth we’ve experienced together, and honor the connections and stories that have made this community so special.

While this chapter may be closing, I believe that the seeds planted here will continue to bear fruit in your lives and writing. God’s Word promises that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion (Philippians 1:6). My prayer is that He will guide your words and multiply your impact for His kingdom.

Thank you for being part of this incredible journey. It has been a privilege to serve alongside you and to see God’s faithfulness in and through this group.
