Are Your GOD-Given Talents Multiplying ?

Hi Faithful Author,

As we step into a fresh month and the final quarter of the year, I've been reflecting on what it means to truly steward the gifts God has entrusted to us.

On my morning walks with God, I've felt this pressing question in my heart: Are we making the most of the talents we've been given, or are we burying them in the ground?

It's easy to be caught up in the day-to-day, thinking we'll eventually reach that "next step." But there's something I've learned over time—and it's worth repeating: you can't improve what you don't measure.

Let me say that again: you can't improve what you don't measure.

Imagine planting a seed, watering it, fertilizing it—and nothing happens. It hasn't even sprouted. You keep doing the right things, but without results, you'll eventually need to pause and figure out what's wrong. Is the soil too dry? Did it receive enough light? You can't move forward without taking the time to assess the process.

And currently, imagine the opposite. The seed has sprouted, and it's thriving. It's blooming beautifully, and you want to replicate that achievement. You measure what worked: how much water, the type of soil, the amount of sunlight, and the timing. It's in this reflection that you understand how to grow it again—and even better this time.

Whether you’re feeling stuck or flourishing, tracking your progress is how you’ll know where God is leading you.

Just like the Parable of the Talents in Matthew 25:14-30, it’s not enough to hold on to what God has given us—we need to multiply it. Whether it’s your writing, your ministry, or the unique gifts you’ve been called to share, this is your moment to grow.

Over the next few days, I’ll be sharing something in our Christian Authors Network that will allow you to not merely reflect on your talents but actively use them within our community to grow and expand.

Before we begin, I want to invite you to do something:

Take some time at present to reflect on how you've been using your gifts and whether you're seeing the growth God has planned.

Then, be sure to turn on your group notifications so you're the first to hear about what's coming next. It's something that I truly believe will help you step into your calling with clarity and purpose.

I'm excited to walk this journey with you!

Dedicated to your success,

Tam
