How Faith, Prayer, and Patience Can Change Everything

Dear Faithful Author,

Recently, I've been reflecting on my journey—both personally and professionally. And in these quiet moments of reflection, I realized something important: I’ve made quite a few “good” decisions over the years—choices that seemed right at the time and brought decent results.

But here’s the catch: they weren’t God’s best for me because I didn’t fully consult Him throughout the process.

Those decisions, while “good,” weren’t aligned with the fullness of His plan. They brought good results but not the best results—not the blessings that come from fully trusting God’s direction. It’s been an eye-opener, and I’m grateful for it because it’s led me to something better.

God has since revealed a new framework to me—one I’ve shared with our team, and we’re now applying it to everything we do. This isn’t just another “good” plan; it’s a plan aligned with God’s heart. I can’t wait to unveil and guide you through it when the time is right. For now, we’re implementing it as a team and watching how God moves.

Why am I sharing this with you now?

Because this strategic and practical plan came together through a powerful combination: faith, prayer, and patience. And this perfect trio was also used by a biblical figure who changed the course of history for her nation—Esther.

I’ll admit, I often have the faith, and I pray, but patience is something I’ve struggled with. I want things done quickly, and I want to see results now. Who doesn’t, right?

But maybe you’re different. Maybe you have patience and pray regularly, but you’re hesitant to take that bold step of faith—to step out of your comfort zone. Maybe it’s guesting on a podcast, going live on social media, or trying something new to advance your mission.

Or perhaps you have the faith and patience, but life’s busyness has pulled you away from your prayer life or those moments of deep connection with God. You’ve been meaning to get back to fasting, or you haven’t had the time to really soak in God’s presence.

We’ve all been there, but here’s the good news: God is sufficient. He will supply all we need as long as we lean into His plan. His grace, prayer, and patience can work together to bring not just “good” results—but God’s best results.

As 2 Corinthians 12:9 reminds us, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”

I’ve written a blog about how this combination of faith, prayer, and patience played a key role in Esther’s story and how we can use it in our own lives today. Her courage, wisdom, and perfect timing were no accident. They were the result of fully trusting God’s plan, and her story can speak to where we are today.

Read the blog and let me know what resonates with you most. I’d love to hear your thoughts and discuss how we can apply these lessons to our journeys.

Dedicated to your success,

Tam
