Are You Using This Strategy to Grow Your Influence?

You may see my face often on social media and within our Christian Authors Network community, but behind me stands a powerful and dedicated team that I couldn’t be more blessed to have. Every month, I eagerly anticipate our team meetings. These gatherings are more than just updates and project plans—they’re moments of fellowship and bonding with a remote team scattered across the globe.

One of my favorite recent team-building activities was a fun "guess the movie via emoji" game. We had such a blast decoding classics like 🦈 (Jaws), 🚢❄️ (Titanic), 👻🧑‍🔬 (Ghostbusters), and 🦖🌴 (Jurassic Park). But beyond the fun, I deeply appreciate my team because they are not only independent and trustworthy but also empowered to make crucial decisions on their own.

My schedule is often packed with conferences and networking events, providing valuable insights and growth opportunities. Just a couple of days ago, I attended the Life Surge event in Durham, NC. It was a day filled with powerful worship, inspiring stories, and practical teachings on how to surge our lives God's way for greater Kingdom impact. While these engagements are pivotal for business growth, they also offer profound opportunities to deepen my relationship with God, learn more about His teachings, and listen to the Holy Spirit's guidance.

Many of my most impactful ideas have flourished from the insights and revelations I've garnered at these events. However, the most important lesson I've learned is the significance of partnerships. Just as we are branches of a fruitful tree, our success and growth are intertwined with others. As John 15:5 (NIV) reminds us,
